3 medium Egg (132 grams)
2 tbsp Goat cheese (30 grams)
1/4 cup Half and half cream (60.5 grams)
2 tbsp Butter (28.4 grams)
2 strip Bacon (Cooked to preference) (24 grams)
1 tsp Dill (chopped) (0.18 grams)
1 dash Salt (0.40 grams)
1 dash Pepper (0.10 grams)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
1. Heat medium sized skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, crack eggs and whisk half and half together until well blended. Add butter to skillet to melt. Add Goat cheese to eggs and combine. Pour eggs into melted butter in skillet.
2. Using a spatula constantly be stirring eggs. Toss in dill along with salt and pepper. Adjust to taste preference. When curds start forming, and all the liquid is cooked through into eggs, remove from heat. Cook time is about 5-7 minutes.
3. Cook bacon to preference. Add to egg mixture or eat on side. Makes 1 serving
