LUNCH: Gluten Free Flax Seed Crust Pizza

Ingredients: 

Dry:
¾ cup freshly ground flax meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt (Pink Himalayan)
Garlic powder to taste.

Wet:
2 beaten eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup water
Toppings:
Keto Cream Sauce (see pg. 55)
Olives
Diced peppers
Diced onions
Full Fat cheese
Protein of choice:
Bacon
Ham
Chicken
Pepperoni

Directions: 

1. Grease parchment paper on a baking sheet.

2. Mix dry ingredients.

3. Mix wet ingredient.

4. Combine the wet into the dry ingredients and mix with a fork.

5. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken up.

6. Spread on your parchment paper, it makes about a 12 inch pizza.

7. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

8. Take out and flip over.

9. Spread Fatty Cream Sauce over pizza and add toppings of choice then put back
in the oven.

10. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

11. Let sit five minutes before serving.

Servings: 1 Pizza
