4 oz Ground beef (Grass fed) (113 grams)
1/2 tsp, ground Cumin (1.5 grams)
1/2 tsp Paprika (1.1 grams)
12 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus (192 grams)
1 tbsp Avocado oil (14 grams)
3 strip cooked Bacon (24 grams)
1 leaf, large Lettuce (15 grams)
4 tbs Fresh Guac (57 grams)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
1. Preheat grill and season ground beef with seasoning. Form beef patty to desired thickness and grill over medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Then flip and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss asparagus with oil and salt and pepper. Divide spears into 3 stack and wrap each with bacon. Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Wrap hamburger with lettuce and top with guacamole
