Ingredients scaled to: 1 serving

62 1/2 grams Chorizo Ground Sausage

3/4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms (52.5 grams)

1 oz Pepperoni (28 grams)

1/2 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese (56 grams)

1/2 cup Pizza sauce (sugar free) (126 grams)

1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (0.040 grams)

1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (2.5 grams)

 

 

Directions

Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings

1. Cook mushroom until soft.
 Add sausage and cook through.


Set out microwavable bowls and add 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce. Top with 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Evenly split sausage and mushroom among bowls.


Sprinkle with same amount of cheese and top with the same amount of sauce. Top with the remaining amount of cheese, a pinch of red pepper flakes, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, and desired pepperoni. Place in oven on broil (or microwave) until cheese has melted.
