Ingredients scaled to: 1 serving

3 oz Chicken breast (cooked and shredded) (85.1 grams)

1 tbsp Mayonnaise (13.8 grams)

1 tsp Garlic powder (3.1 grams)

2 leaf outer Lettuce (56 grams)

4 strip cooked Bacon (32 grams)

1 tbsp Ranch dressing (14.5 grams)

1/2 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados (68 grams)

 

 

Directions

Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving

1. Cook chicken and shred. Toss chicken in a small bowl with mayo, salt and pepper and garlic powder. Lay lettuce leaves flat and place bacon between leaves. Add chicken and drizzle wit ranch. Top with avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper
