Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving
1. Put 1/2 tsp avocado oil and garlic in large skillet over medium high heat. Saute until fragrant. Add in sausage links and sauté until browned around edges. Add cabbage, collard greens, vinegar, oil, and seasonings. Toss until well coated with seasoning. Continue stirring until leaves begin to wilt and brown slightly. Remove from heat and enjoy.
