DINNER: Parmesan Garlic Chicken Zoodles

Ingredients scaled to: 1 serving

100 grams Chicken breast (Cut into 1/2 inch pieces)

1 tbsp Olive oil (13.5 grams)

2 1/2 cloves, minced Garlic (Minced or crushed) (7.5 grams)

1 1/2 medium Zucchini (Spiralized) (294 grams)

1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (Optional) (0.080 grams)

50 grams Red peppers (To taste)

Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving

1. 1. Heat a large heavy-duty pan to medium/high heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook garlic for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

2. Add chicken, red pepper flakes and salt & pepper. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

3. Toss in spiralized zoodles and cook for 1 minute then turn off heat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
