1 tbsp Avocado oil (14 grams)

3 large Egg (150 grams)

3 oz Pork Sausage (Sugar free, cooked, ground up) (85.1 grams)

1 cup Spinach (30 grams)

1/2 fruit Avocados (101 grams)

Directions are based on the original recipe of 1 serving

1. Put avocado oil in medium skillet over medium heat & add in remaining ingredients except avocado, and scramble until eggs are cooked and spinach is wilted. Top with avocado.
