1 thigh, bone and skin removed (yield from Chicken thigh (41 grams)
1/8 lb Brussels sprouts (64.7 grams)
1/8 onion Onions (diced) (47.3 grams)
7/8 strip cooked Bacon (chopped) (6.9 grams)
7/16 tbsp Olive oil (5.8 grams)
7/16 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (6.9 grams)
7/16 tsp Herbes de Provence (0.51 grams)
1/8 tsp Salt (to taste) (0.86 grams)

Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 7 servings
1. Place everything, except bacon on a sheet pan, sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic and seasonings. Toss in oven at 425 for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and crumble cooked bacon on top.
