LUNCH: Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad

4 oz Ground beef (113 grams)

1/4 head Lettuce (shredded) (157 grams)

1/4 cup, chopped Tomatoes (Chopped) (39.5 grams)

1/8 cup, chopped or diced Pickles (Diced) (17.9 grams)

1/4 onion Onions (diced) (82.8 grams)

3/16 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese (shredded) (21.2 grams)

2 tbsp Mayonnaise (for sauce) (27.5 grams)

1/16 cup Pickles (For sauce. diced) (9.7 grams)

1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard (for sauce) (7.5 grams)

1/4 tsp Red wine vinegar (for sauce) (1.3 grams)

7/16 tsp Paprika (smoked, for sauce.) (0.86 grams)

Directions are based on the original recipe of 4 servings

1. Place a medium size saucepan on medium high heat and begin browning meat. Add in onion when meat is partially browned. Cook meat all the way through. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Next tear your romaine lettuce, I recommend tearing and not cutting, as your lettuce edges will brown if cut with a metal knife. Chop tomatoes, and pickles. Shred cheese.
