1. Cook eggs to your preference. Over easy, or scrambled....its up to you. Cook in butter tho, because this is keto. You can cook bacon in same pan if you like or if in a rush, microwave it. Line a plate with a paper towel, place bacon on plate and cover with another paper towel. Cook for about 4-5 minutes depending on how crispy you like it. Slice tomato, and serve 2 slices for a serving.
