Ingredients:
1 cup brussels sprouts
Cooking spray
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
½ cup balsamic vinegar (No
added Sugar)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wash, trim and half brussels sprouts. Put them on a large sheet pan. Spray with
cooking spray and toss with salt and pepper.
3. Roast for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until browned evenly.
4. While brussels sprouts are roasting, pour ½ cup vinegar into a medium saucepan.
Heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes until reduced by half.
5. Spoon warm balsamic reduction over brussels sprouts.
Serving = 1 cup
