Green Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:

1 cup steamed broccoli
(can also use cauliflower)
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Chop up broccoli into small pieces.

2. Lightly boil/steam broccoli until soft. 5 mins or less usually.

3. Put steamed broccoli, butter and parmesan cheese into a food processor/
immersion blender.

4. Blend up until nice fluffy texture is made. Add seasonings to taste.

5. Serve as a side of veggies and extra fat with any dish. Especially any higher
protein dish.
