Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1 scoop TeamKeto Collagen
Protein (or other keto-approved protein)
1 scoop TeamKeto C-8 MCT (or1 tbsp coconut oil)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp stevia or erythritol
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp chia or flax seed
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Lay parchment/wax paper on a flat surface, press dough into a rectangle. About
6-7 inches in length, 4 inches in width, and 1 cm thick. Slice into 4-6 bars.
3. Wrap/bag bars individually and place in refrigerator for an hour to firm up. Keep
stored in refrigerator or freezer. Enjoy!
