1 serving = 1 biscuit
Note: Biscuits are used as a side with other weekly meals, could be helpful to make more at once.
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 cup almond flour
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp baking powder
Filler:
1 tbsp cream cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F, and line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In large bowl add Flour, Cheese and Baking Powder, then stir up.
3. Crack and egg in a separate bowl and whisk up, add heavy cream.
4. Make a hole in center of Flour Cheese mixture then pour in egg and cream.
5. Mix it all up and then with your hands make dough balls and place on baking
sheet.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.
7. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before eating, then slice each biscuit in half and add 1
tbsp cream cheese in center.
