Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients: 
2 3/4 cup almond flour
6 TBS coconut flour
1 TSP baking soda
1 TSP xanthan gum
1 TSP of salt
1/2 TBS of vanilla
16 oz kerrygold / GHEE 
1 cup monk fruit 
2 eggs 
1 cup Lilly’s dark chocolate chips or another preferred add in

Optional:
1 scoop of C8 MCT Powder to boost fat and ketone levels
1 scoop of unflavored collagen protein

Want to make chocolate cookies? Add in 1-2 scoops of Chocolate Collagen Protein 

 Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients exactly as you would with normal cookies(dry ingredients separated from wet ingredients and then slowly added together). 
  2. Cool dough 15 min before forming into cookie sheet.
  3. Bake on 350 for 13-15 min or until a light golden brown.

Makes 24 2tbs sized cookies.
