1/2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken breast (70 grams)
1 1/8 cup Spinach (176 grams)
1 3/4 oz Artichoke Hearts (49.6 grams)
1 oz Cream cheese (28.4 grams)
2 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (12.5 grams)
3/16 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese (21 grams)
1 5/8 tbsp Sour cream (19.3 grams)
1/16 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy whipping cream (14.9 grams)
1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise (6.9 grams)
3/8 clove Garlic (minced) (1.1 grams)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 8 servings
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper to a large mixing bowl. Mix until combined, then add in the rest of the ingredients, except for the mozzarella cheese
2. Mix well, then pour into a 9x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Increase the temperature to 400F and bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is slightly golden and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days or freeze.
