1 half breast (fillet) Chicken breast (118 grams)
1 3/16 strip cooked Bacon (9.3 grams)
1 1/3 oz Cheddar cheese (37.8 grams)
3/16 medium raw Onion Yellow (18.3 grams)
1/3 cloves, raw Garlic (1 grams)
1 1/3 oz Cream cheese (37.8 grams)
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (301 grams)
1 tsp dry mix Ranch Dressing Mix (2.7 grams)
1/2 stalk Onions (6 grams)
Directions
Directions are based on the original recipe of 6 servings
1. In a Grease slow cooker Add in Chicken Breast, Diced Onions, Chopped Garlic, Cream cheese and Ranch Seasoning. Cook on Low For 6-7 hours or 3 hours on High.
Fry Bacon to Desired doneness, crumble and set aside.
Slice cucumbers Length wise, Scoop out seeds with spoon set aside. (Each cumber will be 8 inches long and is 2 servings so cut in half)
Once chicken is done Shred using a fork and stir Cream cheese mixture in with shredded chicken add in Chopped Green onions, Bacon and Cheddar cheese. Spoon in Filling to center of cucumber.
